Studio Policies Consultations: An in-person consultation is required for all new clients. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk through your hair history, and create a personalized plan with realistic goals. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your service total. It secures your spot and allows me to prepare for your visit. Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting (619) 900-3799. Last-minute changes may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Appointment Confirmations: Appointments must be confirmed prior to your visit. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled. Guests: To keep the studio calm and comfortable: • No extra guests, please • Children are welcome only if receiving a service • Only service animals are permitted Color Services: While I do everything possible to protect your clothing, color services can occasionally result in product transfer. I recommend wearing something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little messy, just in case. No Refunds: All services are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. If you have concerns about your results, you must contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss a possible adjustment. Adjustments are offered at my discretion and are limited to correcting any mistakes made during the original service. Please note: Desired results such as lightening or major color changes may require multiple sessions and are not considered a correction. Service Waiver: All clients are required to sign a service waiver prior to any appointment. No services will be performed without a signed waiver. Studio Security: For everyone’s safety, my studio is under 24/7 surveillance. Respectful Environment: This is a judgment-free space centered around care, creativity, and connection. I ask that all clients treat the space and others with kindness and respect. Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
